We've been hard at work on the latest upgrades to the AskPropSG platform and are thrilled to announce two significant enhancements to your property search experience!
A More Comprehensive Regulatory Database
As we strive to provide you with the most robust and comprehensive property insights in Singapore, we've taken a significant leap forward with an upgrade to our regulatory information database. Our system now encapsulates a wider range of data from multiple government websites, resulting in more extensive and accurate property insights.
The expanded database not only gives you a broader scope of information but also allows AskPropSG to better understand and process your property queries. Whether you are looking for details on a specific property regulation, or you want insights into specific governmental policies on real estate, the upgraded database will enhance your AskPropSG experience.
Introducing Categories for Refined Searches
In addition to the database upgrade, we're introducing a new feature called Categories to make your search experience even more efficient. We understand that as a user, you may want to refine your search based on specific information categories. To cater to this, we have added the option for you to select a category: News, Regulations, Projects, or Other, before submitting a query.
Note: AskPropSG will automatically detect the category for you if you do not select any.
This new feature enables AskPropSG to better understand the context of your question and deliver more precise and relevant responses. Whether you're looking for recent news on a specific property, details about regulations, or information about specific projects, this new feature ensures that your search results align more accurately with your needs.
